Not Against You!

Two men in uniform fighting, one a Super Soldier and the other an army soldier. The Punisher is an excellent marksman with a huge arsenal of weapons. Captain America, on the other hand is a genetically engineered Super Soldier. Both have seen war, both are consumed by discipline. Physically, Steve Rogers has increased strength and reflexes. However, The Punisher has a ton of weapons up his sleeves at all times. Both are trained for war. 

But when it comes to a fight between Captain America and The Punisher, Steve Rogers takes the edge, not because he's powerful but because The Punisher never fights him. Frank has immense respect for him. He respects him so much that he's ready to die in his hands, than fight for his life.
