Well, as far as the movie goes, it is pretty evident that Joker is in deep love with Harleen Frances Quinzel a.k.a Harley Quinn. But in the actual comics written by the DC writers, he's not that into love. The Joker and Harley' relationship is a co-dependant relationship. The Joker's original plan for Dr Harleen Quinzel was to manipulate her and seduce her to help him escape out of Arkham Asylum and then kill her, which I can make sure guys that never happened. In the comics, Joker's actually stuck in a dilemma. His heart loves Harley but his mind's not so supporting. After all, do you think Joker's a kind of guy who falls in love?
