Dr.Manhattan is prolly one of the toughest character in DC universe. He's almost like the God of DC. In the previous post, I reckoned that One-Above-All is the God of MU, Dr. Manhattan is tougher than him. There are very few characters that we’ve actually seen that are capable of beating Dr Manhattan. "The Presence" and "One-Above-All" (who are the literal Gods of the DCU and MU) are the only ones I can think of, off the top of my head who are capable of beating him.

He can do almost anything, he’s more powerful than Thanos is with the IG. He can alter his size and become as small or big as he wants, see the past, present and future, create duplicates of himself that can act and think independently of each other so he can literally be in hundreds of places at once, doing different things in each of those places. He’s also 5th dimensional so he can’t be trapped anywhere by anyone because his reality functions off a completely different set of physics and he exists outside of the space/time continuum meaning that he can also time travel. He can teleport to literally anywhere he chooses, whether that be a few feet away, or a few universes away. He can also bend and manipulate matter to his will and since matter is pretty much everything, he can make or destroy anything.

Dr. Manhattan's powers:

1) Size Alteration

2) Teleportation

3) Telekinesis

4) Duplication

5) Ability to see future

 Galactus eats planets and Dr Manhattan is capable of destroying every planet in existence or creating an infinite number of planets for him to feed on. So I think Dr Manhattan is stronger than him as well. Dr Manhattan could destroy the Infinity Gauntlet and the Infinity Stones so I think he’s stronger than Thanos as well. He could stop Darkseid’s Omega Beams in their paths or turn them around and aim them at Darkseid which would most likely kill him, so I think he’s stronger than him too. So like I said, the only ones who could kill Dr Manhattan have to be literal gods. It’d take more power than it takes to destroy an entire galaxy to kill Dr M.
